Working together in five stages.
From the first enquiry to handover, every project follows the same calm sequence. You always know where the project stands, what we need from you and what happens next.

First conversation
A no-obligation conversation of 15 to 20 minutes, by phone or video. We listen, clarify your goal and starting point, and tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
- 02
Concept
You receive a written offer covering scope, structure, price and timeframe. The project only begins once both feel right to you: with 50% of the sum at confirmation.
- 03
Build
We design and build the website in close dialogue. You provide your content: copy, images and company details. We structure together what is needed and flag early when something is missing.
- 04
Refinement
You review the website at your own pace and give consolidated feedback. The agreed revision rounds depend on the package; larger extensions are quoted separately and transparently.
- 05
Handover
After your approval and the second payment instalment, the website goes live. You receive the agreed access and a short introduction. On request, we take over maintenance with Ongoing Care.
Good to know
Content and responsibility
Copy and images come from your business; on request we arrange editorial support as well as photography and motion through selected partners. Timeframes apply from complete content.
Feedback
Consolidated feedback in clear rounds keeps the project lean. If content or feedback is delayed, the schedule shifts accordingly; we tell you in good time.
Access and handover
After full payment you receive all content, files and access agreed in the offer, including website, hosting and domain where set up through us.
