Who owns the website, and what access is handed over?
After full payment you receive all content, files and access agreed in the offer, including website, hosting and domain where set up through us. The exact scope is captured in the offer; legal details remain subject to contract.
Can we edit the website ourselves later?
Where useful we set up a simple editing option, especially in the Business Website package. Ongoing Care covers technical maintenance; content changes are billed at CHF 110 / hour after your approval.
What if copy or images aren't ready yet?
Often the case. We define together what is needed. Editorial support as well as photography and motion are available on request through selected partners and quoted separately. Media production is not part of our core services.
Which recurring platform, domain or hosting costs can arise?
Such costs depend on the chosen platform and the services required. They are set out clearly before the project starts, so there are no surprises.
